DSC CRUISING FEES

NOTES:

(1) Charters that will be paid for by the use of Cruising Credits may be entered directly in the DSC reservation system. Please indicate that you will be paying with Cruising Credits in the notes section of the reservation form. Cash reservations must be arranged through the DSC office, and will not be recorded in the reservation system until that payment is received. Reservations are generally accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, however, a "Cash" reservation can supplant a "Cruising Credit" reservation up until two weeks prior to the charter date.. If you wish to make a Cash reservation to replace an existing Cruising Credit reservation, please e-mail cruising@downtownsailing.org.

(2) Skippers may not have more than one pending reservation at a time. The DSC Cruising Program Administration reserves the right to cancel any Cruiser reservation.

(3) Wednesday Night or Sunday Membership Sails

• Skipper earns Cruising Credits
• No charge for DSC members as crew
• Skipper may designate their own First Mate, but the dockmaster will have the responsibility to assign other crew

(4) Cruising Credits are non-transferrable, but can be combined if both sailors having Credits charter together.

(5) Fees can be paid in any combination of Cash and Cruising Credits. Combination reservations will be considered Cruising Credit reservations for the purposes described in note (1)

(6) Cancellation Policy - For cash reservations, cancellation more than 14 days before the reservation will be eligible for a 100% refund; 14 days to 8 days before the reservation, a 50% refund; 7 days to 0 days before the reservation date - no refund. If the cancelled reservation is replaced by another cash reservation then a full refund will be made.
