This program is designed to give women of all ages and from all walks of life the opportunity to experience sailing.

Whether you used to sail, are currently sailing, trying to learn from your partner or have watched from ashore and always wanted to give it a try NOW IS THE TIME! Build your sailing knowledge and lets empower females to get on the water.

The course is designed to help all women sailors feel comfortable on a boat and teach them the basic skills needed to competently crew or skipper on a small keelboat. This course consists four Mondays from 5:30 PM until sundown. An experienced instructor and up to four students (usually only three students)are on the water in a Sonar or J/22. Sonars and J/22's are keelboats which are safe (non-capsizable), comfortable and fun.
