Interested in volunteering at the Downtown Sailing Center but don’t know how to get involved? Are you already an enthusiastic volunteer member and want to learn the plans for this season. Then come and attend our volunteer orientation.
The orientation will introduce you to all the volunteer opportunities available at the DSC. There truly is a role for anyone who wants to get involved. NO SAILING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
The orientation will also provide key information for all volunteers. It will cover topics on training, job descriptions, sailing opportunities and Downtown Sailing Center’s general policies.
It will also be a great opportunity to meet everyone who is involved at the DSC.
Since there are a lot of changes and new policies it’s important that every volunteer attend an orientation. There will be an orientation offered every month so make sure you attend one.
