Accessible Event: Volunteers Needed

The Downtown Sailing Center will have the League for People with Disabilities at the sailing center from 5-7pm. The program is very similar to our Access-Ability Saturday event and we need volunteers. Specifically we will need 2-3 sailing buddies, 1-2 transfer aids, and 2 riggers and de-riggers. 

It will be a great opportunity for volunteers to experience one of our accessible programs in a relaxed atmosphere. Since the program has a smaller group of participants it allows for the volunteers to learn the ins and outs while helping an amazing group of people learn to sail.

Interested Participants: This is a private event so please contact the League for People with Disabilities for more information.
