DSC & BCYA rules seminar with Jeff Borland

The joint BCYA/DSC rules seminar featuring Jeff Borland is returning to Charm City Meadworks (400 E. Biddle St), and the DSC is sponsoring a virtual feed for those who prefer to attend online. Jeff will cover rules updates and talk about a few common scenarios. Jeff is an on-water umpire for ICSA team racing. He actively races and has served on race committees for a number of years.

*Note: the Rules Talk is a prelude to the BCYA Ice Breaker on Saturday, April 16th and all are welcome to join that race free of charge.
