Access Dinghy Workshop and Orientation

In preparation for our upcoming Access-Ability events, we are looking for volunteers to help ready our Hansa 303 dinghies for the season.

Maintenance will consist of buffing and waxing the hulls, and inspecting the rigging and sails. Members will also receive an orientation on how to put together a dinghy and how to appropriately launch, sail, and retrieve it. If you are a Crew level member who is interested in becoming a Skipper, practicing on these dinghies can be a great way to build confidence and helming skills.

Members who attend this event will receive access permissions in the boat reservation system to reserve this class of boats. A Skipper level membership is not required to reserve these boats once you have attended the orientation.
