Bridges 8th Graders (Gilman and Bryn Mawr) - Postponed (Heat Warning)

This event is to host the Bridges 8th graders that attend Gilman and Bryn Mawr. The 8th Graders will gather at 9:30 am for a safety briefing. The event is divided into two sessions: 

Gilman school will sail from 10 AM- 12 PM.

Bryn Mawr will sail from 1 PM- 3 PM.

 **The temperature and the heat index for both Wednesday the 25^th and Thursday the 26^th will be very high.  Baltimore City has issued an “Extreme Heat Warning” for today and the forecast looks to be similar for the 25^th with temperatures in the high 90’s in the morning and peaking at 102 degrees by noon with a heat index of 105 degrees.  The 26^th forecast looks like low 90’s in the norming with a heat index of 101 degrees and high 90’s and with a heat index of 106 degrees by noon.  So, in consideration for everyone's safety and well-being, we will postpone this event to a future date.**
