Get a jump-start on the 2013 cruising program and connect with your ship mates!  The DSC Cruising Council will provide an overview of cruising events, the cruising vessel fleet, and educational opportunities to hone your skills for sailing the cruising boats.  Cruising Skippers and Crew are invited to participate in making the 2013 cruising program a great success!
