Race Committee In-Person Training

Race Committee In-Person Training: 

For those that are new to Thursday Night Racing, this is your chance for practical, hands-on training to learn how to successfully run Race Committee! Come out to the DSC docks on Sunday, April 12th at 4pm prepared to go out on the water. 

You will learn how to assemble all of the equipment needed for RC duty (inflating/deflating marks, flags, practice equipping each boat), practice setting marks, and practice the requisite powerboat handling skills.

Due to the limitations of space on the powerboats, we request that you only sign up if you are part of a Thursday Night Racing team and need a refresher on the duties of RC.

**Experienced racers - If you are able to help us run this event by providing mentoring on the dock and on a powerboat, please sign up as a Volunteer - we need 1 more volunteer for a successful training!
