Town Hall Meeting: Programmatic Budget

The Downtown Sailing Center's Board of Director's has spent the last two years developing a programmatic budget. They have spent countless hours categorizing and accessing our revenue and costs to develop a strategy that they think works best for the organization. They would like to share their process with you and answer any questions you may have regarding the details.
