The DSC hosts the party with open sailing, food and drink. Members arrive on the docks around 5:30 and fill up the sailboats for a stress-busting cruise around the Inner Harbor, followed by a party under the pavilion. This is a potluck, with the DSC providing the main courses and beverages, and members providing appetizers, sides, salads and desserts. All members are invited!
