What You'll Learn

During this on-the-water event, you will practice:

  • Preparing for the race start - formulating a strategy and navigating the close quarters of the starting area
  • Sailing a distance race - looking for the best wind, optimizing sail trim, and using sail controls to fine-tune boat performance.
